Founded in 2024 and led by Sharnette Donacien, we propel driven women into transformational leaders with clarity, confidence, and actionable strategies to create impact, increase income, and find purpose and fulfillment in their roles.

Meet SHARNETTE

SHE haS over 15 years of corporate experience, working for Big 4 consulting companies, where she qualified as a Chartered Accountant and PRACTISED AS A RESTRUCTURING EXPERT. She fully understands the unique pressures and challenges that come with striving for success in a corporate environment.

For the last three years, Sharnette led the Global Leadership and Diversity Advisory Practice AT Barrington Hibbert associates. SHE CURRENTLY SITS ON THE NORTH AMERICA DIVERSITY LEADERSHIP COUNCIL OF AESC (The AssOCIATION OF EXECUTIVE SEARCH CONSULTANTS).

Sharnette is also a successful children’s picture book author. Her debut book, “Ada’s Wash Day”, is a sweet and empowering mother-daughter bonding story about self love and acceptance.

Born in St.Lucia, Sharnette was raised in the UK from aged 9. In 2013, she moved to the Netherlands where she lived for 10 years. SHE now lives in MANHATTAN, New York, with her husband and two children.
